Shifts are usually 4 hours per day and you are expected to stand for the full 4 hours. Good place to work but bad pay. The only cheap deal that I received was the fact that we were worked stqff hard, no mention of extra breaks and was hideously understaffed which also meant we were over worked.

To sum this up, Primark is a horrible employer, the managers are inexperienced, the staff are spoken to poorly as well as treated poorly. If you think you can turn up, stand around for 4 hours and go home you are wrong! I loved working here! We don’t get paid for our lunch break which is pretty standard but we get paid tea breaks. No discountif you work weekends you have to work every bank holiday, no extra pay on bank holidays or on overtime. Advice to Management Management are so strict and don’t let any staff actually enjoy themselves at work. The schedule is a nightmare, they schedule you to close and next day open.

Not enough money for the work load. My advice is if you need some extra money a month you can get a part- time here, like hours a week not more then that, but you should go somewhere else. But overall Its a good place to work.
